Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of AI Overview Analyzer Pro, including aioverviewanalyzer.net, the software, licenses, subscriptions, reports, exports, and support channels. They are starter terms and should be reviewed for your exact business before publication.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding agreement and provide accurate account and checkout information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, license keys, and authorized users.

License and permitted use

Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for internal business purposes during the active license period or according to the purchased lifetime license terms.

Restrictions

• Do not copy, resell, sublicense, distribute, or make the software available as a competing service.
• Do not reverse engineer, bypass license controls, abuse APIs, or interfere with security features.
• Do not use the software for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or rights-infringing activity.
• Do not submit data you are not authorized to process.

Plans, pricing, and payment

The Business plan is offered through Freemius checkout. Prices, taxes, invoices, subscription renewal, payment methods, and license delivery may be managed by Freemius and its payment partners. Checkout terms shown by Freemius apply at the time of purchase.

Renewals and cancellation

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through the customer account tools before renewal. Access to subscription features may end when a subscription expires, is canceled, or payment fails.

Data and outputs

Reports, metrics, recommendations, and exports are provided for business decision support. Search surfaces and AI answer experiences can change frequently, so outputs should be reviewed with professional judgment before relying on them.

Availability and changes

The software may be updated, improved, suspended, or modified. Reasonable efforts should be made to maintain service availability, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

Disclaimers

The software is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that use of the software will improve rankings, traffic, revenue, or AI Overview inclusion.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the software during the relevant period, and indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages are excluded.
